Buda (KXAN) — A bomb threat was called in to the Buda Walmart after 6 p.m. Saturday, said a spokesperson for the City of Buda.
Officials brought in bomb sniffing dogs to investigate. As a precaution, the store was evacuated and a perimeter was set up.
The dogs didn’t find anything, the spokesperson said. After a three-hour ordeal, police gave Walmart employees the all-clear and told them they could reopen the store.
The Walmart is located near Interstate 35 and Main Street.
