AUSTIN (KXAN) — If your new year’s resolution is to cut out fast food, you don’t want to look at McDonald’s new value menu.
McDonald’s announced Tuesday its new $1 $2 $3 Dollar Menu, which will start on Jan. 4, 2018. The new menu includes breakfast items as well as the regular cheeseburger.
This will also be the first time the Happy Meal will be included on a value menu for $3. The items you can get for $1 include the sausage burrito, McChicken, cheeseburger and any size soft drink.
CNN reports the fast food chain first introduced the Dollar Menu in the 1990s but started tweaking it to include higher priced items in 2013. When McDonald’s started selling breakfast all day in 2016, sales at existing U.S. locations soared.
