You start with chicken breast grilled, topped with charred broccolini and smothered with melty racclette, on ciabatta, served with mixed greens and pesto. To make the pesto you will need: 1LB Basil,1 Bunch Parsley, 6 cloves Garlic, Salt & pepper, and 2 Cups Oil.
