Toss this brunch and holiday cocktail into the mix to enjoy savory flavors with a hint of sparkle.

- Ice: None
- Glass: Flute
- Garnish:Orange peel
- 1.5 oz Roca Patrón Silver
- .75 oz Sweet vermouth
- .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz Vanilla-cinnamon syrup*
- 1 oz Sparkling wine
- + Orange peel for garnish
In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except sparkling wine. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with orange peel.
Vanilla-cinnamon syrup: Combine equal parts sugar and water in a sauce pan and simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. For every cup of simple syrup, add one cinnamon stick and half of a vanilla pod and simmer over low heat until a prominent cinnamon-vanilla flavor has developed, about 7 minutes. Chill syrup and store covered in refrigerator for up to a week.
