It might say sour in the name, but it’s a cocktail that hits all the right notes, and that’s pretty sweet. Lead bartender of Juliet Ristorante Larry Miller dropped by to show us how to put together their Negroni Sour cocktail. Below are all of the ingredients needed to make this pretty little drink:
- Carpano Antica
- Egg white
- Orange Peel
• 2 oz. of Negroni Mix (Campari, Gin, Carpano Antica)
• ¾ oz. lemon • ¾ oz. simple
• 1 oz. egg white
Directions: Mix together and serve in a coupe glass, and garnish with an orange swath.
