CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) — A 17-year-old Vista Ridge High School student is facing an Arson charge after police say she set fire a toilet paper dispenser in the girls bathroom.
The school’s Assistant Principal called police after he went into the bathroom and saw burnt toilet paper in on of the stalls, some of it wedged into the dispenser.
Briana Wallick was booked into the Williamson County Jail Friday. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond according to jail records.
According to the affidavit for her arrest, Wallick told administrators she lit the toilet paper dispenser on fire and “the whole thing exploded” because “she loves fire.”
