A bloodhound tracked to the area around the intersection of FM 1128 and FM 518, Thursday. A coast guard helicopter joined the search effort after the bloodhound was unable to regain a track.

Early Friday morning, Pearland police said Marcus was seen on surveillance video exiting the rear of the house on Fite Road. Later in the morning, search teams scoured a bayou and retention ponds in the area. At 9:27 a.m., officers said the ground search was at capacity and requested people search their own neighborhoods and residences.

At 1:45 p.m., police gave an update that said Marcus loves the songs, “Wheels on the Bus,” “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes,” and “If You’re Happy and You Know It.” It may be helpful to play those songs within the search area.
