How to Make the Agave Old Fashioned

You can always keep the party going when you go to Taco Flats, and now you can top off the day with a new twist on an old favorite. Simon Madera stopped by Studio 512 to make the Agave Old Fashioned. This cocktail is served in a rocks glass. First, take 1-ounce of Mezcal, 1-ounce of anejo tequila, 1/4-ounce of honey, a few splashes of bitters (about three depending on how you like it), two splashes of mole bitters. Mix it up in your glass. We garnished the drink with Luxardo cherries and an orange peel. Taco Flats is located on Burnet Road.
