ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) — One person is in custody accused of robbing a bank in Round Rock Tuesday morning.

Police say after the suspect robbed the Citizens National Bank on West Palm Boulevard, someone from the bank followed the suspect to a nearby church parking lot where they saw the suspect get into a car.

The Good Samaritan was able to notify authorities and a short time later, the suspect was apprehended near the Dell campus. Police don’t believe the suspect in this case is connected to the bank robbery in Georgetown that happened a few hours earlier.
