4 Simple Moves to Strengthen Your Abs

There’s nothing better than working those abs, but you have to keep variety in the game to get results and avoid boredom. Fitness expert Ashley King stopped by with some of her favorite abdominal moves and tips for a healthier lifestyle.  Ashley has an ELITE six week online workout program. Only four times a week for 30 minutes or less for a total body fitness. She is a mom of three and this program is what she did to regain her figure. She showed us a portion of her ab circuit. You do the moves three times without a break–wanting to feel the burn. Ashley also offers a eight week meal plan to help guide and train you to a healthier lifestyle. She has a cookbook with over 40 recipes with meals your kids will like. A tip she gave us is when going grocery shopping, ALWAYS bring a list. Keep the bad stuff out of the house so it doesn’t tempt you.
