Halloween Cocktail Recipes

Your Halloween parties will certainly liven up with the right cocktails. Patrón executive David Alan stopped by Studio 512 with some fun ideas. The first cocktail we made is called The Solar Eclipse. Over ice, pour 1 1/2-ounces of Patrón XO Cafe coffee liqueur, 1/2-ounce of simple syrup for sweetness and 3/4-ounce of lemon juice. We topped it off with a natural orange soda. We garnished it with a spooky blood orange slice. The next drink we made is called How ‘Bout Them Apples. Pour 1 1/2-ounces of Patrón Anejo, 3/4-ounce of lemon juice and 1/4-ounce of cinnamon syrup into a shaker. Shake well! Pour the mixture into a glass over ice, and top the drink with apple cider. Garnish this drink with an apple wheel and cinnamon stick. Patrón Tequila is great by itself or poured into coffee. There is a cool website right now called cocktaillab.com that is your virtual bartender. Get great drink recipes based on your preferences.
