There are many delicious events Red Lobster is known for, one of them being their Endless Shrimp. General Manager Kai Bumpus dropped by to tell us more about it, and give us some tips on making our shrimp make a big impression at home. We skewered shrimp by sticking them through the tail, and then again through the more meaty part. The shrimp should look like the letter “C.” Brush them with oil, and place them in the skillet to cook. Half way through the cooking process, flip them. Afterwards, we covered our shrimp with barbecue sauce and a few other seasonings. At Red Lobster, you can get your endless shrimp fried or tossed with pasta.
