How to Make this Peary Good Cocktail

We start today by whooping it up with Walton’s Fancy and Staple. From floral to food to drinks, this charming spot is big on what’s quaint and current at the same time.
Lauren Beene is here to make one of their signature cocktails along with suggestions for what pairs well with it. We made the “Whoop There Pear It Is” using cachaça, Mathilde Poire pear liqueur, fresh pear juice and basil. Pairing it with different cheeses that compliment the sweetness of the pear.
