Artist Spotlight: Chris Smith

He says patience is the key to his wonderful map art. Our artist spotlight for this week is on Chris Smith. Chris has been practicing this craft for close to 10 years. He started with the Republic of Texas map, and had a great response to it. It’s evolved over the years into different designs. As a child, he loved history and maps. Not many artists are into what he is doing. Chris will work on multiple projects at a time, some taking about three weeks to complete.
