UT worker charged with sexual assault of a child

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A University of Texas at Austin employee was arrested and charged with sexual of assault of a child.

UT police said the man, Bryan Elkins, had no contact with students or children through his job at the university.

A spokesperson did not know if Elkins has been fired or suspended since his arrest.

The department would not release any additional details about the arrest.
