It’s the perfect THYME to host a seasonal brunch for your friends and family. Revelry has already thought of everything and they are ready to show you the cocktail ropes. Amberly Washington stopped by to give us the how-to on whipping up a seasonal cocktail– A Plum and Thyme Sparkling Smash. First, you need two plums, peeled and chopped. Then add one and a half ounces of fresh lemon juice and one and a half ounces of Thyme simple syrup. You can make your own simple syrup by boiling equal parts of water and sugar. Once the sugar dissolves you can add flavor, let cool and voila! You have simple syrup. To complete the drink, we added prosecco; however, you can add your preferred bubbly. This drink is perfect for fall, but as the season changes, you can change out the plum and add a seasonal fruit of your choice.
