It’s grown up taste in a favorite sweet treat. Our latest DIY in the Studio512 fun factory? Rose gummy bears. A high-end candy company is making these gummy delights. They are selling out so fast that people are on a waitlist to get them, and they are kind of expensive. The company posted a recipe for you to do at home, so that’s what we worked on. No need to be overwhelmed because there are only three ingredients. First, we took a pot and set it to low heat. We added one cup of rose wine. Next, the recipe calls for five tablespoons of gelatin powder. You need to add them gradually and mix in between tablespoons. Lastly in the cooking process, you can add three to five tablespoons of honey depending on how sweet you want your gummy bears. After you mix in the honey and get a nice consistency, you’re ready to pour it into the molds. We ordered our gummy bear molds online. They come with two molds, 50 bears each and a dropper. Pop them in the fridge for two hours and then they’re ready! These go great with ice cream and graham crackers, or by themselves.
If you try this fun project out, we’d love to know how it turned out!
