- Parents debating transgender bathroom policies in Dripping Springs: Parents say word has been spreading about a third grade student at Walnut Springs Elementary. The student was born as a boy, but identifies as a girl and has been allowed to use the girls bathroom since the beginning of the school year.
- Classes canceled for Paredes Middle School: School’s out for…not summer, but just today for Paredes Middle School students after a pipe burst over the weekend.
- Man missing near Buchanan Dam: More than 12 hours of searching, and still no luck. The 30-year-old man dove in to rescue one of his kids who was too tired to swim back to the boat. The man was then too tired to pull himself back onto the boat.
- Effort to legalize fantasy sports in Texas: Thousands of Texans are breaking the law but they soon might be off the hook. In the eyes of the State of Texas, daily fantasy sports was illegal gambling. But that could soon change.
