No better way to celebrate fun stuff happening than with a cocktail, yes? It’s Texas Tiki Week and Owner Pam Pritchard of the Tigress Pub came by to show us how to make a “Chi Chi.” This cocktail consisted of, pineapple juice, coconut cream, vodka and macadamia nut liqueur.
