The frontier brunch at The Buzz Mill showcases their wild and rugged cooking style. Their head Chef AZ Zielsdorf dropped by the studio to show us how to cook up their most loved dish, Elk Hash. All you need is, onions, peppers, potatoes, topped with chili and a fried egg.
