Police ask for help finding armed robbery suspect

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police are asking for helping finding a suspect who stabbed and robbed a person in June.

The aggravated robbery happened June 26 around 3:45 a.m. on the 9400 block of Parkfield Drive. The victim allegedly got a ride from the suspect to buy cigarettes.

Once they left the store, the suspect drove the victim to another location and parked. According to police, a struggle ensued as the suspect and victim fought over items in the car. It was then the suspect stabbed the victim, who managed to get away.
