Longhorns hold second practice of camp, Fan Fest

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Texas held its second practice of training camp Sunday.

The Longhorns practiced for about two-and-a-half hours in front of a modest crowd at Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.

Senior quarterback Tyrone Swoopes started the drills at quarterback, but true freshman Shane Buechele rotated in with the first team often.

Running back Chris Warren, whom head coach Charlie Strong said tweaked his hamstring in Saturday’s practice, was active Sunday.

Following the open practice, all the players and coaches signed autographs for fans in the North End Zone.
