AUSTIN (KXAN) — Police are looking for a man who robbed the Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in south Austin over the weekend.

The robbery happened around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 9. The suspect entered the bank located at 315 W. Slaughter Ln. and demanded money from the teller. Police say a weapon was not used during the robbery.

The suspect was last seen on foot going eastbound on Slaughter Lane. He is described as a white man in his late teens or early 20s. He’s approximately 5 feet 10 inches with a thin build. He also has medium-length, wavy, light brown hair.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Robbery tip line at (512) 974-5092, Crime Stoppers at (512) 472-TIPS or text “Tip 103” + your message to CRIMES. You may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip leads to an arrest or charges being filed.
