Vegan, Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Cake Recipe

Julia Child once said “a party without a cake is just a meeting,” and we could not agree more. Wheatsville Food Co-op has the right idea with their new catering services that inspired a delicious cake recipe. The brand manager, Raquel Dadomo, came to the studio to show us how it’s done. We made their banana cake with chocolate frosting that is vegan and gluten-free. It is also the perfect recipe for the kids to help make because it is so simple. The frosting only has four ingredients, softened earth balance, soy milk, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
