AUSTIN (KXAN) — People living in southeast Travis County who have energy provided by Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative should plan for temporary planned outages Tuesday, June 28.
The company says the outages to nearly 1,300 customers in the area of Mustang Ridge, Creedmoor and Elroy are needed so crews can finish upgrades to electric distribution lines.
The first planned outage is scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m. It will affect about 700 members on Antelope Lane, Avis Road, Bock Road, Calder Road, Caldvis Road, Christian Drive, Cougar Trail, Crossroads Drive, Doyle Overton Road, Elm Grove Court, Evelyn Road, FM 1327, Heavenly Lane, Texas Highway 21, Longhollow Road, Maha Loop Road, Maha Road, Mancias Road, Palimino Court, Perez Lane, Pienda Road, Prairie Hill Road, Rose Lane, SH 130, SH 45, South US Highway 183, Schriber Road, Skyline Road, Tom Sassman Road, Trawell Road, Tutt Lane and Von Quintus Road.
The second outage is scheduled from 1:30 to 3 p.m. It will affect about 590 members on Becker Lane, Blanco Vista Cove, Burklund Farms Road, Del Rio Cove, Doyle Overton Road, Doyle Road, Eilers Road, Hokanson Court, Hokanson Road, Luna Vista Cove, Maha Loop Road, Pocmont Trail, Reynero Lane, Rio Frio Cove, St. Mary’s Road and Von Quintus Road.
During the outage, deputies will be situated at several major intersections directing traffic.
