Ramen Tatsu-Ya is known for their awesome noodle bowls, but today we talked about what’s in the glass. Tony Perez stopped by the studio with their twist on a classic cocktail. Their kimchelada is a specialty drink that goes perfect with any of their ramen bowls. First you salt the rim with togarashi. Then make their take on a bloody mary mix made of soy sauce, bulldog sauce, kimchi, togarashi, bonito, and lime juice. Add that to the glass along with a Sapporo beer for this delicious concoction.
