We have continued our “make it yourself” theme with some gorgeous greens for your home. Keri Anderson, the owner and creative director of Slavonk and Hortus, joined us in the studio to show us how to make a lovely succulent terrarium. Anderson provided an array of succulents to show different ways to get creative when decorating with them. Keri showed us how to get creative with the succulents by placing them in different shaped jars, topped with sparkles and crystals. One terrariums had a small, toy dinosaur, which made it a great addition to a little boy’s room. Finishing sand is included in all of the terrariums to keep the succulents in place and give it a rather finished look. These decorative succulents can bring a piece of nature to your desk, coffee table, or even a bathroom. Their Thursday night terrarium classes are BYOB and will be happening June 9th through August 26th. You can check them out online or call them at 888-272-6499.
