Making Strawberry Jam Like a Pro

We love all the unique places and business and people that make Austin, Austin! One of those is Emz Jamz, and we got to try some of the sweet fruits of their labor on the show. Creator and founder Emily Burgess stopped by to show us how to make her Strawberry Manilow jam! She starts by removing the stems and coring the berries, then roughly chopping them.
