Helping an important part of our community is as easy as making reservations at one of your favorite restaurants. Chef Erica Beneke of ASTI Trattoria was in to show us how to make Seared Scallops with Beet Risotto, a special addition to their menu for the upcoming Dining Out for Life event happening in Austin on May 17th. More than 50 Austin restaurants are participating, with proceeds from sales that evening benefiting AIDS Services of Austin and their efforts to provide research, education and care for Austin’s AIDS population.
