Shots fired across from ACC Highland campus

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Police were called after shots were fired across the street from the Austin Community College Highland campus, Tuesday evening.

Authorities were called at 7:20 p.m to the 400 block of E. Highland Blvd. Around five minutes later, police found the suspect and took him into custody.

There are no reports of any injuries at this time. Police say it’s not clear what the man was shooting at near campus.
