AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police have identified the victim in a Mar. 24 crash on Edwards Hollow Run and Brodie Lane.

At around 8:27 a.m., a Honda sedan was traveling eastbound on Edwards Hollow Run and drove across Brodie Lane without stopping at the stop sign, hitting a Dodge SUV traveling northbound on Brodie, according to Austin police.

The driver of the Honda, identified as Mary Beth Gray, 83, was taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge, where she died from her injuries a week later on Mar. 31. The driver and other occupants of the Dodge were not injured in the crash.

Austin police said Friday they are still investigating the crash. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call APD Vehicular Homicide Unit detectives at (512) 974-5312. The department said this crash was Austin’s 16th fatal traffic crash and 16th fatality of 2016.
