Bacteria found in leafy greens could promote better health

AUSTIN (KXAN)- A new discovery on how bacteria feed on a sugar molecule found in leafy green vegetables could be the key to explaining the link between bacteria and good health.

Tarie Beldin, a registered dietician at St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, stopped by KXAN Saturday morning to explain what these new findings mean.
