LIBERTY HILL, Texas (KXAN) — Williamson County police are looking for a suspect who robbed an employee opening a Liberty Hill convenience store for the day.

According to the Boomers! store manager, around 6:15 a.m. an African-American man wearing a hoodie robbed an employee. The manager said she was shaken up, but not badly injured.

The security footage was unable to capture a quality picture to identify the suspect who fled after the robbery.

Police Chief Randy Williams told The Liberty Hill Independent the suspect is potentially armed. They reported the Williamson County Sheriff’s officers are investigating the case and will keep the Boomers! convenience store closed for the time being.

Police have not released what was taken from the store.
