AUSTIN (KXAN)- If you are looking for some things to do this week, our partners at Free Fun in Austin have some recommendations.

Minecraft Club – Monday, January 25 at 3:00 p.m. Laptops provided, or you can bring your own laptop, tablet, or mobile device that has Minecraft downloaded, for two hours of Minecraft free play. Recommended for ages 7 and up. FREE! APL – Terrazas Branch, 1105 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin.

Family Flicks: Minions – Tuesday, January 26 at 4:00 p.m. FREE popcorn and family fun. Rated PG. Lake Travis Community Library, 1938 Lohmans Crossing, Austin.

Wednesday Night Star Party at UT – Wednesday, January 27 from 7-9:00 p.m. Every Wednesday night while UT is in session, the astronomy department sponsors FREE public star parties on the top roof of Robert Lee Moore Hall. All ages are welcome, but younger children must be under adult supervision at all times. Please call 512-232-4265 for weather cancellation information. UT Campus – Robert Lee Moore Hall, Southeast corner of Dean Keeton and Speedway.

Family Craft Night – Thursday, January 28 at 7:00 p.m. Artists and crafters ages 5 and up can try their hand at a new medium and leave with a completed project. This month, attendees will be learning basic sculpture by making polymer clay rings. FREE! APL – Hampton Branch, 5125 Convict Hill Rd, Austin.
