Video: Police ask for help identifying armed robbery suspects

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police are asking for your help in identifying two robbery suspects caught on surveillance video.

On Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, at around 2:42 a.m., officers responded to a robbery call at an apartment complex in the 2600 block of Esperanza Crossing, just east of The Domain.

Two women who just arrived at the apartment complex were robbed of their personal items at gunpoint. Less than 15 minutes later, the suspects were seen at a nearby Walmart and convenience store, using a credit card they took from the victims, authorities say.

The two suspects are described as black males, one in his mid 20’s, 5’4″, 160 lbs., with a small black handgun. The other is described as 29 years old and bald. The suspect vehicle is a black Infiniti SUV.
