AUSTIN (KXAN) — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying two to three suspects responsible for multiple armed robberies in Travis County.

The sheriff’s office believes that the four armed robberies in Travis County since Nov. 30 were committed by the same people. Two of the four robberies happened during the weekend of Nov. 28.

The suspects in the robberies are usually wearing hoodies, masks, gloves and armed with handguns. Deputies say they enter convenience stores and take cash and cell phones.

All suspects in these cases are considered armed and dangerous. Authorities are asking the public to call 911 if they see the suspects and not to approach them. Anyone with information on the robberies is asked to call Detective Sylvia Leal at 512-854-3426 or Crime Stoppers at 512-472-TIPS (8477).
