Principal drives around mobile library

Summer reading campaign

LEANDER, Texas (KXAN) — In an attempt to get kids to pick up a book this summer one principal has hit the streets in a trailer.

Pleasant Hill Elementary School Principal Mark Koller has filled a trailer with books that he drives around his neighborhood once a week over the summer.

This is a part of his summer reading campaign.

Kids who come to the trailer with a book can leave it and take a different one.

Tonight he will park his library-trailer at Crystal Crossing from 5:30-7 p.m.
