Expert offers tips after 3 children left in hot cars

AUSTIN (KXAN) — With the temperatures in the 100’s, authorities are warning people to take extra safety precautions. Following the death of a 3-month-old in a hot car on Thursday, people are paying special attention to the dangerous effects of extreme heat.
