FAYETTE COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — After searching Sport Junkie’s Coffee Shop, authorities arrested 42-year-old Gina Humphrey for gambling promotion.

Fayette County Officers and Narcotics Unit searched the coffee shop at noon on July 31.

Police obtained a search and arrest warrant to investigate the “Sport Junkie’s Coffee Shop” located at 122 S. Main St in Flatonia. The investigation into the establishment began two weeks ago regarding illegal gambling of 8-liner gaming machines.

The Sheriff’s Office seized five of the 8-liner gambling machines, a flat screen TV, chairs, and $1,589 in cash.

Humphrey was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor. Judge Scott Parker set Humphrey’s bond at $1,500.
