AUSTIN (KXAN) – Sharing and trading houseplants and bulbs is a very economical way to create your indoor jungle.

There are many different plants that can be divided, sprouted, and ‘pupped.’ The little baby sprouts that airplane plants and aloes make are good examples.

Many of them can be combined in a single pot to make an attractive container garden.
