Preventing children’s sports injuries

AUSTIN (KXAN) – Your kids are going to be very active this Summer, many of them playing sports and having fun. You’re the one that needs to worry about how they could injure themselves.

When it comes to playing sports, the knee can take a lot abuse. While they’re jumping, lunging and running they may be unaware of the stress they’re putting on their knees.
