He is a well noted and admired American chef, credited with creating California cuisine and bringing to New York. Jonathan Waxman is featured in the Austin Food and Wine Festival, taking place this weekend. Today he stopped by the studio to show Amanda his spin on soft shell crab. Waxman has been referred to as the “Obi Wan Kenobi” of chefs, and as you’ll see, he is definitely gifted in the ways of the food force.
