Man hospitalized after being hit on South Congress

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A car hit a man in the 5000 block of South Congress Avenue early Thursday morning, sending him to the hospital. It happened just before 3 a.m. Austin-Travis County EMS officials say the man was taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge with serious injuries.
