PFLUGERVILLE, Texas (KXAN) — A woman who police say was an accomplice in a violent robbery is still on the run. According to the Pflugerville Police Department, on March 19, a man who lives on Cresswill Driver reported he had been held captive for nearly six hours by numerous suspects.
The victim said he was assaulted and threatened with serious bodily injury and death. According to police, the suspects demanded the victim release his financial information and forced the victim to write checks against his bank account, which the suspects later cashed.
The victim told police his girlfriend, 54-year-old Gloria Jean Hill, was behind the plot. During an interview with police, Hill said she and a friend, 26-year-old Rijhaun Michell Johnson, were upset with the victim after an earlier incident where he banned Johnson from coming back to his house.
While Hill and three other suspects have been arrested, Pflugerville police said they’re still looking for Johnson.
