Strong Stroller Skills Build Fit Moms

Since a stroller is a big part of life once you have kids, why not put it to good use for your health? Fit4Mom Stroller Strides Instructor Sammie Garrett joined Amanda in the studio today to show her some simple moves that build strength and stamina while using your stroller.  One of the big advantages: the kids get to stay with you, watching mom get healthy while enjoying the great outdoors.  There are classes at five outdoor locations and your first class is always free. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
