AUSTIN (KXAN) — Two men possibly connected to more than two dozen burglaries last year are in the Williamson County Jail after police say they used surveillance to watch the pair.

Patrick King was booked last week and jail records show Dennis Webb has been in jail since December 2014. An arrest warrant says police watched the two change the license plates on their car before breaking into several apartment units, many in the same area.

Police say Webb admitted to 24 burglaries and King would drive the car while he would pry into the units. Most of the confirmed burglaries were at complexes located near the Lakeline/Anderson Mill area. Stolen property was found at both of their homes, according to the arrest warrant.

Webb is charged with several counts of burglary and bond was set at $250,000. Online jail records did not list a bond amount for Webb.

Burglaries listed in the affidavit:

4 – 10800 Lakeline Blvd.
2 – 12800 Turtle Rock Rd.
2 – 8601 Anderson Mill Rd.
1 – 9801 W. Parmer Lane.
1 – 9520 Spectrum Dr.
1 – North Lake Creek Pkwy
1 – 3621 W. Slaughter Lane
