State of Texas: In Depth- TxDOT promises change

AUSTIN (KXAN)- For months, we’ve reported on customer service issues at The Texas Department of Transportation’s toll payment system: TxTag.

This week, after several KXAN investigations, state lawmakers grilled TxDOT officials and representatives from the state’s contractor Xerox. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
