Adding One Positive a Day Equals a Fit New You

There are a million excuses not to work out, and trainer and fitness guru Ryan Mortensen has heard them all.  From not knowing the right exercises to do to not having something to wear, Mortensen says you have to stop finding obstacles that stand in your way and start making positive changes in your daily routine.  His new fitness initiative is helping people do just that by helping with the nutritional and physical aspects of getting fit.  Ryan and one of his clients Cali Carlson stopped by the studio to tell us about how making one positive change a day can add up to great results.
