New AISD Superintendent talks about the district’s future

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Dr. Paul Cruz has been chosen as the superintendent of the Austin Independent School District. On Wednesday morning, Dr. Cruz talked to KXAN about the challenges he and the district face including how much funding they will get from the state. Another challenge the district faces is keeping up enrollment in high schools.
