Austin (KXAN)- You could be rolling out of bed this morning with a runny nose and sneezing. What you might not know is the stuff in your own house including what you’re wearing could be adding to your misery.

Dr. Sheila Amar, Allergist with St. David’s Georgetown Hospital, takled with Erin Cargile about how you can identify those mystery allergens.

10 things that Amar says could be the culprit of your morning sniffles: fruits & vegetables, contact lenses, stress, alcohol, the wrong medication, perfume and candles, clothing, bathing in the morning, weather, and secondhand smoke.
